These terms cover your use of Level Up Allowance. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Accounts

• You must be an adult (18 or older) to create a parent account. Children may use Level Up Allowance only inside a family set up by their parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password private, and for the children and other parents you add to your family.
• Give us accurate information and only add children you are the parent or guardian of, or have permission to add.

Level Up Allowance keeps score, not money

• Level Up Allowance records chores, earnings and payouts. It does not hold, send or receive money, and it is not a bank or payment service.
• Payments happen outside Level Up Allowance, in cash or in apps like Venmo or Cash App, under those apps' own terms. We are not responsible for those payments, their fees, or mistakes made in them.
• Balances in Level Up Allowance are a record you keep for your family. They are not a promise to pay by us.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no trying to access other families' data, interfering with the service, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

The service

• Level Up Allowance is currently free. If we ever introduce paid features, we will tell you before anything is charged.
• We work to keep the app available and your data safe, but the app is provided "as is", without warranties, and we may change or discontinue features.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (currently $0).

Ending your account

You can stop using Level Up Allowance at any time and ask us to delete your family's data through Help in the app. See our Privacy policy for how we handle your information.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell parents in the app about important changes. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
